product looks very high end. Does this mean that its expensive
- No. There is a large misconception that
DACKOR is expensive due to our high end client base. Our material cost
is between $0.25 to $0.70 on average per
square foot. The cost of your project will depend upon the color and
the quantity of components purchased. An apartment project will
certainly cost less per Kitchen than one single custom kitchen for
example.

How
many colors do you have?
- We stock several dozen
colors in each market. We are however, willing to do custom runs from
extremely small minimums. Often we will even stock a custom run.

Is
your product suitable for horizontal use?
- Yes, you can use 90%
of our colors for desk tops and table tops. On the back of each sample
we mark whether our item is horizontal grade or vertical grade. Our
product cannot be used however for Kitchen Countertops due to hot pans
likely being placed on them.

What
is your greatest strength?
- Although we do have
abstract prints, our greatest strength is in custom solid color and
woodgrains. We pay close attention to the matches to TFM or paper in
the market and we strive to have superior print quality.

What
other products do you make?
- We produce auto and
fashion interior materials for Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Louis Vuitton,
Gucci and Prada. Supplying such high end companies gives us direct
access to color and design trends while these larger clients expect
strict quality control.

Do
you sell direct?
- Yes we sell directly
to manufacturers who have have the proper machinery. If you do not have
this machinery, you can contact us and we can assist you.

don't use DACKOR now, why should we start?
- As good customers of
DACKOR know, we do pull through marketing, consultation, branding and
design for our clients. It is not uncommon that we bring business to
our best clients since we market to end producers. We realize that you
want to streamline your vendors however we can help you grow your
business through our color development for new end users for you.

FAQ: I don't have a machine, can I use DACKOR
for small projects?
- Dackor has a select
group of colors in our Reface
series which offer laminate back and peel
stick product. This material can be used in compliment with doors
supplied by DACKOR's manufacturing customers.
