DACKOR offers 600LY minimums for custom woodgrains, solids and High Glosses as well as 400LY minimums for custom Leathers. Below is a step by step guideline.


 STEP 1. Inquire First call us at (407) 654-5013 or email info @ dackor.com or send us a sample so that we can confirm that we are able to produce the item you are requesting. We will give you a Sales Order quote detailing the cost and freight estimate cost. The freight cost would be FOB, Orlando, FL

STEP 2. Get Started You must issue a PO to us and put on the PO "based upon color approval" Technically you may cancel the PO by rejecting the color however it is important that you request matches only for items that you are extremely confident that you have the job for.Gotop

STEP 3. We match After receiving your sample and PO we will produce a color sample in 4 weeks. We will give you a letter sample or a pressable sample. Pressable samples may possibly have a small charge but please check with us.

STEP 4. We produce
OCEAN Once we receive approval for the sample it will take us 8 to 10 weeks to deliver to Orlando by ocean. All orders are put on a container and delivered through Orlando, FL and are FOB, Orlando.
AIR  The other option would be to air one or more rolls at a cost of $1200 per 219 yard roll which would make the leadtime 4 to 6 weeks to Orlando, FL.Gotop

NOTE: Please keep in mind that you must add Step 1 to 4 to calculate the time. If you need faster please contact us. Also please note that in addition to the 600 yards you order that we will produce between 1000 and 3000 yards for our stock. So as you need more material you can pull from our US stock. Gotop

Why do we have this program?: We started this program in January 2008 and the reason that we created it was to have the ability to grow our inventory but based upon items that customers actually wanted rather than being based upon items we wanted to sell. Since we do specifications we have the ability to move dead stock and this enables us to be more agressive with what we stock.   • Dackor can produce from 0.15mm up to 1.00mm thick product and with a maximum width of 57" wide down to edgebanding widths.  Typically for our custom minimums of 600 yards, we prefer 0.2 or 0.3mm (12mil) thicknesses. The reason is that we have more of a market for these thicknesses. In some cases where companies only want 48" wide for flat lamination we will produce their 600 yards in 48" wide but the remaining of our stock will be 57" wide so that we can market for membrane or vacuum pressers. For companies who wish to achieve superier impact stregth or durability we can produce thicker up to 1.0 mm thick. This thickness enable you to create a more durable component. In cases of solid colors it creates a homogenious product that will offer a superior taber abrasion for check out tops when compared to HPL.  Gotop
