Laminates are typically specified by Designers and Architects in
vertical applications for Euro Style Kitchens, Closets and Commerical
Cabinet Door Fronts or in horizontal applications for Office Desk tops
and Store Fixutres.
Our national network of component producing customers have their own
CNC equipment and membrane -vacuum
presses that are suitable for mass production however we do have some
customers who laminate our surfaces by hand or flat lamination.
3D
Laminates do not requre Edgebanding yet are similiar to traditional
High Pressure Laminates in cost. Our surfaces give the look of high end
veneers with a cost at or below High Pressure Laminates.
Cleability:
Easy clean-up, usually with just
soap and water.
Rolls
Size: Standard Roll Size is 200 to 300LY. We can custom cut for a
minimum cut fee. Thickness range: 0.15mm to 0.20mm for 2D, 0.25 to
1.00mm for 3D. Print width ranges from 51 to 56" print width.
Distribution:
Dackor sells direct to other manufacturers nationwide. We also work
with Board Distributors and Door Producers and work in harmony with
these complimentary suppliers.
